Tonight we had one of my favorite childhood meals- minute steak. It’s simply cube steak that’s seasoned, lightly battered, then pan fried seriously so simple and delicious! I paired the minute steak with rutabaga which is like a sweet buttery radish. I baked the rutabaga with leeks, shallots, salted butter, thyme, and garlic.
