Squat University on Instagram: "An interesting squat variation from @egor_klimteam. 1) this should only be attempted with light weight and 2) I do NOT think this is for everyone (especially those that already default into a ‘good morning’ or ‘stripper squat’ fault when the weight gets heavy or those that have a history of back troubles. However, I can see some advantage for those wanting to build more glute/ham strength out of the bottom of the squat. . So what do you think? . Shoes he’s using:
