Once you go vertical in the garden you never go back! This cattle panel system not only lets us trellis vegetables in summer, it serves as a protected tunnel for winter. We cover it with greenhouse film and overwinter veggies and flowers like spinach, kale, anemone, ranunculus and arugula for early spring bounty! The tunnel is totally safe from wind and snow weight, and is attached to the ground using 3’ rebar bracketed onto 2x6 cedar along the ground. Those cedar lengths hold the cattle panels
